"Fort Collins requires a back flow preventer. After installation my property handy man called and said a back flow was not installed. I was charged several hundred additional to have it installed after wards. I would assume anyone installing a sprinkler system in Fort Collins would know this is a requirement and make it part of the bid. Buyer beware! On the positive he was the only one to bid quickly and to get the project completed. He also came out quickly to fix an issue with some of the connections which caused the system to not operate."
