"Standard work, the fertilizer and weed treatment was outstanding. Very efficient and effective. The aeration and seeding were another issue. Required multiple phone calls and monitoring. It would seem that the staff have communication and followthrough problems when there is a variation from standard. I wanted only one section of the lawn to have a double aeration and seeding. That took four phone calls to get done. Aeration was supposed to be done and was not for several weeks during the extended dry spell. Was told to water the lawn for twenty minutes and they would be there on Monday. Spent the weekend moving a sprinkler around the 1/4+ acre lot to meet the specs. No one came for the next entire week! Called again on Friday and finally showed up on the next Monday. Have signed a contract for both aeration, weed treatment, and fertilizer for 2018 because was very happy with the basic package. But if there are similar problems with the aeration next year, will not be renewing for 2019"

"My call was returned an hour later and the same day appointment was scheduled. Chuck arrived promptly and he was very knowledgeable. He offered 2 options to fix the problem and the replacement with the latest spring system was decided. Chuck did a great job and the garage floor was clean after the installation. "There were some truck mechanical issues that prevented the originally scheduled appointment. Unfourtunately, much of a Saturday was lost chasing this person for when he would arrive. Numerous contacts I grew increasingly frustrated. I contacted the office and they said this was unsatisfactory. The owner showed up to complete the work the following Saturday. The owner and his son did a very good job trimming the trees. The one that was too close to the chimney was the primary focus. They also helped to reshape many other trees without any additional cost. They wanted to make sure I was satisfied based on what happened before!!"

"Last year we had our home re-sided and realized the fifty year old entrance way and front yard definitely needed a face lift as well. We found a coupon offer on Angie's List for Lawncare Plus Design. We met with Maria Larios, LPD President/Designer and discussed our dilemma ,unsure of what we truly wanted. Maria came up with a fantastic design for our front yard and entrance way. The project was initiated and completed within two days. Mario Larios has the skill and talent to almost magically transform a mediocre front yard and entry into a lovely and inviting garden landscape/hardscape. She was present through most of the project and even hands-on with the planting and watering, as she supervised her hard-working crew. The job included  removing all the old landscaping, preparing the soil, and planting new trees, shrubs, annuals,trimming two trees, and adding mulch. She savaged  some plants and bricks from the front yard that were used in the back, and filled a large gaping hole on the back patio from an empty  hot-tub installation seamlessly.  The crew worked steadily during the hottest weather (99 degrees) throughout the entire two days making sure the new plants stayed healthy in the heat.
We would highly recommend Lawncareplus design for anyone looking for landscape beautification at a very reasonable price from a very conscientious company owner, Maria Larios. We wish her company continued success.
