Ryan’s helper called out and did not come the day the job was scheduled but Ryan was still able to complete the job as scheduled, alone. We decided to use Indigo because Ryan was more knowledgeable about door installation and the types of doors available that we could purchase. His estimate included plans to carefully remove our relatively new storm door so he could re-install it after the new exterior door was finished. We needed a shower curtain rod installed into marble tile and a TV mount installed into a marble-tiled wall. I have included photos of the end result for reference. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process.
