"Jose and his crew were fantastic! They cleaned mold off of my chimney, aligned the gutter, fixed the crown, pulled broken and cracked bricks, tuck pointed and sealed my leaky chimney. "They inspected my Chimmney and said $ 1000 dollars to clean the Chimmney and remove the cresote . I climbed the ladder after the work was completed and the cresote was the same as before cleaning . I asked the tech about it and he said it will burn off after this winter as you burn your wood . That did not happen . Upon Inspection this march 2026 it is exactly the same as before . I called Shammrock and they said for another $800 dollars they would come back . I am not getting them to ever do anything for me and will tell everyone about my experience . I do not recommend this company and I wish I had called another company instead . Absolutely the worst experience I?ve ever had with a company . I had to give them one star or it wouldn?t let me post this review . Or I would give them a minus zero rating. "
