Literally laid out the red carpet, everything padded + shrink wrapped. They even went the extra mile to assemble a bed frame at the end of a long day."

They did not do an in home assessment of the items to move and I did my best to accurately provide the details. The final to total was over $800 more than the estimate. It was also hard to plan because we did not get a specific day/time until 48 hours before the move. I would have preferred to have that identified from the beginning and also would have liked a closer estimate to the actual cost."
