"We are at the beginning of the project which is a complete kitchen renovation so I my comments are about the proposal and sale process. Steve and his team showed up on time and answered all of our questions. He had a cabinet and countertop specialist in later that day to go over details and have us pick from samples. We’re from out of town so the quick service was necessary as we had to return home in a couple of days. Steve had a complete quote later that day and will start the demo the following week. He met our price and has pledged to work within our timeframe. That’s efficiency!"

"We would give zero (0) stars if that was available. We were extremely frustrated and disappointed with Tyler Prowell/Prowell Construction and now appear to be out over $16,000.00. We hired Tyler Prowell/Prowell Construction for a backyard project and ran into numerous issues. We paid a partial deposit of over $27,000.00 in August 2022 for upfront costs and project materials and work started October 2022. A privacy fence was built, our backyard and patio were excavated, and a drain pipe was installed between October 2022 and January 2023. So after 15 months of limited to no progress, limited communication, and a variety of excuses; we had to terminate the contract in January 2024. Upon termination, Tyler Prowell/Prowell Construction stated via email that he would begin the process of returning the over $16,000.00 balance due for work that we paid to have done but he never completed. We have not received any of the remaining $16,000.00 to date. We have attempted numerous times to contact Tyler Prowell/Prowell Construction, along with our attorneys, but he has not responded to any form of communication. We now have to hire a different contractor to repair the damage to our backyard and complete the project."

"A 30’ section of my 6’ shadow box fence was taken out after the hurricane. Completely demolished. Casual Builders was responsive, professional, and they did a great job. Lots of attention to detail. They also installed a gate in the fence for me and repaired an existing double gate. The price was fair for the work I needed done and they looked for ways to keep the cost to something I could manage. I’m really happy with the job they did and I’m planned on hiring them soon for another repair to my home."

Elite Construction is operated and owned by Pablo Montero and Raul Rojas. We are the only employees and complete all the work. We visit the job and give a free estimate. If we are hired to do the job we ask for cost of materials up front and the rest after completion of the job.
