They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Turned out to be a bit more work then I or Carlos (Owner Wild Floors) expected. I have friends in the business back home, so have some idea of what is required to do a floor tiling job. So I told Carlos, I would adjust for the work to be done. That said, Carlos was courteous and friendly. As well as knowledgeable in his work. He was quick and clean in his work and made sure it was done properly.
