"About a year ago, after several days of heavy wind and rain, I woke up to my roof leaking into my living room. After trying to contact several roofing contractors, Dialed In sent someone over to take a look. It was too late in the season for them to do the roof replacement last year, but they kindly sent one of their guys to do a temporary repair to get me through the winter. They did the temporary fix for no charge, with the agreement that I would have them do the roof and gutters this year. They were very nice to work with. Their crews were very efficient and had the space cleaned up as soon as the job was complete. I highly recommend."

"We recently had our roof replaced, and I want to wholeheartedly recommend Lake Point Roofing as a company you should consider for any future roofing projects. I first met Derek Wojcik, a partner in the company, when I asked him to come to my home to review a leak that I noticed in my second floor bedroom. After inspecting my roof, he told me that he had found the source of the leak and would fix it on the spot. After repairing the leak, I thanked him and asked him what I owed him. His response was "no charge". He's also made a couple of other minor tweaks with my gutters without charge. Derek quoted me a price to replace my roof in November 2016. When I decided to replace the roof this year, he told me that he would maintain the same price quoted last year. His team arrived at my home at approximately 7:30 and went right to work, tearing off the existing shingles and replacing them. They also lined my built-in gutters with modified Bitumen, and installed steel angle iron on all the gutters to prevent overflow. Upon completion, they meticulously cleaned up to the point that you wouldn't know that any work had been done. In all my dealings with Derek he has proven to be meticulous in detail, extremely hard working, does what he says he's going to do, and manages a crew of top notch roofers. I don't think we'll have need of Lake Point Roofing's services to replace a roof again, but I would certainly use them again."

"Perfect.This was the 4th roofing company I contacted. Either I did not get a return call or was told that the job was to small or that they don't do mobile homes. Kerry roofing kept Every appointment on time. I went to their location 1st because I wanted to see the office to be sure I was dealing with a real company and not a fly by night person. They are knowledgeable and were very to the point. They showed me the roofing options and the warranty. Gave me the packet and an estimate for the job to take home and decide if and when I wanted to do the job. I was a bit surprised that I didn't get the high pressure sales pitch I always get, I am a female and I know nothing about roofing. When I discussed the options with my daughter (this is her home the work was needed) we decided and called to schedule. They came to our location looked at the roof, took the deposit and scheduled. They applied for the permits and made all arrangements needed. The crew showed up with the dumpster to remove the debris, they laid tarp to catch any loose debris and protect my landscape and the neighbors. Since the roof had a major leak long term (this was a new trailer we bought and it had a lot of problems we did not see when we bought it-my point is I am a female and know nothing about trailers or roofs. Our first rainy night was a monsoon through the roof ) they inspected the headers and insulation and gave us photos so we knew what needed fixed in the walls that were affected by the long term rot. 1 wall had rot and mold and needed replaced. The roof was completely removed and replaced with new plywood covered with snow shield, the stacks were replaced and the roof was shingled in a few hours. They swept, removed the dumpster and did a walk around with me before the inspector arrived. the inspection was done, all in the same day. This was August of 2017, and the roof is everything we were promised. They applied an Angie's list discount that I did not know existed. Also, I was told by a relative this was going to cost a lot more than what I was quoted. Overall this company is everything a company should be. Honest, reliable, quality work. I would tell everyone to call them 1st."

"I highly recommend Peter and the team at Advanced Roofing and Construction! My roof was catastrophically damaged when a tree was laid across the width of the house in wind shear event, collapsing part of the structure beyond simple repair. Because it’s a mid-century modern house with a roof of unique composition, other roofing companies had never seen or worked with the material and either were not willing to undertake the repair or wanted to change the silhouette to accommodate their preferred materials and methods. This wasn’t the case with Advanced. They were familiar with both the materials and process needed and assured me that it could be fixed. In fact, t required an entire tear-off and they restored the roof better than I could have hoped. Every worker who was at the house was professional and courteous. "We interviewed four roofing companies, all chosen from Angie's List. Moore Construction's estimate was somewhat lower than the other three companies but that is not why we chose them. We had worked with them once before when we had new gutters put on our house. That was a very good experience done extremely well. Moore's representative, Luis, came to our house to see what needed to be done. He was extremely helpful in explaining the various issues regarding the house and garage roofs. We had two major concerns, one was the steepness of our house's roof and the limited access to the roof due to the close proximity of houses on either side of ours. The other and more concerning issue was taking every precaution not to disturb or cause any damage to our neighbors' properties. We received our estimate within one week. The estimate was very clear and understandable giving all the details of what needed to be done. On the day that the crew arrived Luis introduced us to the crew. He then asked to meet our neighbor. He introduced himself to her and explained what needed to be done and assured her that all work that would be affecting her property would be done with the utmost care. She was very satisfied with his explanation and we were very appreciative of this extra measure. Every day the crew always cleaned up everything extremely well. The crew arrived every morning promptly and worked very **** ** our steep and difficult to get to roof. The work site was completely cleaned after every day. We received daily calls from Michael Moore to discuss the progress of the work and explain the steps as they occurred. These calls were very helpful and informative. Mike's concern for the successful completion of our project was very evident. The end result was that we now have beautiful, new roofs on our house and garage. The quality of their work exceeds all of our expectations and the extra efforts they took to assure our neighbor that the work would be done safely and without any disturbance to her really was a great relief to us. The finished project cost approximately $15,000. A very reasonable price for the best results we could ask for.
