"We needed repairs to our flat roof because of leaking through our fireplace and improper installation by the original builder. Angelo was very responsive and patient with our many questions and sent plenty of pictures of the problem areas with his estimate. Though his estimate was a bit higher than others we got, he suggested some additional safeguards and offered a longer warranty, which is why we hired him. The two workers who did the work were timely and professional and shared numerous photos of the work in progress. We won't know about the quality of the work until we have a big rain but so far so good."

"I recently bought a 2-flat with a flat roof that was in really rough shape and especially difficult, it was multiple layers deep and completely in shambles. David and team did an outstanding job: 1. Tearing off multiple layers of old, crumbling roof 2. Installing new insulation and granulated roofing 3. Spot repairing brickwork around the chimneys and edges 4. Spot tuckpointing the front limestone of the building 5. Cleaning the property afterwards The job was done in a total of 4 days, 2 for the tear off and re-roofing and 2 for the masonry/tuckpointing work. I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to get this done given the severity of the issues and the difficulty of the project. All this to say, I would absolutely recommend APR Roofing for your roofing and masonry needs - they were efficient, cost effective, transparent and honest. We had hired another guy two weeks prior who used corrosive material on the flat roof membrane causing horrific leaks in the house. Phil was thorough in explaining the issues and what needed to be done. "Tom and his crew delivered exactly what Tom promised. He LOVES strong coffee and I am pretty sure he would have worked for the coffee we made for him. (just kidding- he does love strong coffee though) Tom made my husband and myself feel like his family. He treated our property like his own. Whenever I had or have any questions, he responds immediately. He kept us informed of the delays we would have due to inclement weather. He personally wiped our white pvc fence down after the pour to ensure no damage was done.

"Lakeview Roofing did a great job, I highly recommend. My 4 flat building got 5-6 different quotes to repair our spotty leaky roof, the quotes ranged from complete tear outs with a new roof ($26-36k) to ... cut/patch work in soft spots w/ new pipe flashing and limestones resealed ($2.5k). Lakeview Roofing (Mario) provided a re-roof option where 3-4 weak spots were cut/repaired, removed the limestone caps and then installed a new rubber membrane over the entire roof wrapping under limestones on parapet wall (installed 2nd extra leak proof membrane under masonry/limestones), painted with an aluminum coating (priced in the middle of all quotes). He added 3 roof vents, replaced all flashings, and used liquid silicone, sealant, caulk where appropriate. Mario even added additional language to the quote to appease our Condo Board with regards to the Included 10yr warranty, weâ re installing a roof deck next spring so a warranty is critical. It sounded like Mario under quoted our roof because the limestones took more work than expected. However, the job was still done very thoroughly even though it took about an extra 1.5-2 days. I checked on the project about 3 times a day and I was glad to see high quality material was used, much better material/craftsmanship than our old roof."

Replaced with roof decking Replaced bathroom vent and piping Added ice shield to prevent ice damns Replaces damaged rotted plywood reshingled with Certantee 50 rated shingles Infinity was incredibly fast and accurate with their services. The kept work side clean and tarped roof when rain came. Total job took about 8 hours over 2 days. Very fast and efficient. Would recommend"
