"Derek was prompt at coming out to give us an estimate. I was impressed when he pointed out the smoke on the ceiling in the family room and stressed they will prime those areas before painting. He was the only painter who estimated the job to point out that situation. He and his crew were prompt, friendly and very careful to protect our items. Everything was covered in plastic to prevent paint from getting on items or carpet. Also it stopped sanding dust from spreading throughout the house. We are very pleased with Derek and his crew .. they did an outstanding job. I would recommend them highly."

Very quickly I had a walkthrough, discussed all potential jobs and had an estimate! They installed some baseboards, relocated a wall-mounted TV, installed 2 new ceiling fans, re-caulked the main bathtub/shower combo and fixed some issues with my vinyl plank flooring. "We contacted Preemo Painting in early fall of 2020. We received a very reasonable estimate, and were told that the work could not be done before winter, but they would do some temporary fixes to protect our home. Also, they guarantee all work as long as you stick to a 5 year repaint schedule. Preemo started the work on March 28th and finished on April 3rd. All of the people who worked at our home were very considerate of us working inside our home, and they were all very knowledgeable and professional. Many painters were not open to both the wood repairs and the painting project, and Anthony was confident in the solutions he recommended and willing to stand by a firm quote. They completed the prep, painting, and the complex wood repairs well. They replaced a large section of siding, which was the most economical and best solution for the areas of deteriorated siding, and left the home looking great. They replaced part of one window sill on an older window, a whole area of siding, and trim and fascia on my porch. Upon removal of the rotted fascia, they found another rotted wood behind, and were able to fix that as well at a reasonable cost. The painting prep and painting was done with attention to detail. They also made a point to leave me with extra paint in case I needed in the future. From the initial quote, to the scheduling, to the completion of the job, they were organized, on time, and delivered on their commitments. Trustworthy, expert work throughout."
