"I would highly recommend Danny and his team. They removed carpeting and refinished the hardwood floors in the house that my wife and I bought. Danny and his team showed up early on the day work started, put down a few sample stains so that I could choose one, were very responsive throughout the process, and finished on time. And he is honest. I was considering replacing a few floor boards in one of the bedrooms because there were some gaps in the wood. Danny said he would replace them if I wanted to, which would have increased the price of the project a fair amount with the price of wood. But he recommended against it, saying he thought he could use wood filler and it wouldn’t be noticeable, and he was right. How’s that for trustworthiness? Turning down extra profit and saving us money, while still producing a great result. Would enthusiastically recommend Danny and his team to anyone who needs hardwood floor refinishing."

"An outstanding team! Always arrive promptly, ask questions & pay attention to reply. Attention to detail, with outstanding repair of riser in 100 + y/o oak stairs by placing quarter round oak wherever risers meet tread. Excellent transition from new oak floor to master bathroom with tile floor. Assistance with replacement of furniture after job was completed, so that flooring was pristine after this was done. To say that I am pleased isn't adequate to describe how happy I am with the result. This is a first rate business, with employees who know exactly how to take care of flooring."

"Highly Recommended! Exceptional quality work and exceptional customer service. I don't write reviews often and am not 100% satisfied with contractors often but this is an exception. I can't say enough about Calin and his team at IC Hardwood Flooring. From the start he was very responsive in answering my request to re-finish our hardwood floors. He scheduled an appointment to come and review our floor situation and made recommendations on the finish to use as we have a dog. The work was scheduled in a very short period of time and he worked within my schedule. Their prices are very reasonable and lower than other quotes we received. The floors looked like new when they were done and we have a very old house with old floors. They sealed off the parts of the house they were working on so dust and debris did not hit the other rooms. They cleaned up to perfection when they were finished with the job. This is the first time I used them and would use them again and recommend to anyone (as a side note this is the third time we had our floors done over the years and this was by far the best and only place I would recommend). Also to be noted we had a small issue that didn't show up right away after their work was complete. As opposed to some contractors that would put a past client at the bottom of their priority, Calin responded to our issue and they came and fixed it within days at no charge (even though it was months after the work was done). Again, can't say enough about their high quality work and service. If you are looking for any hardwood service they are your team and service many areas."

"If you want beautiful hardwood floors at a fair price from a really nice guy, Andrei is your man! We recently moved to the Chicago suburbs from out of state, and had less than three weeks from closing on our house to moving in. We needed work on all the hardwood floors in the home and the whole house interior painted. Andrei made it happen! The new floors are beautiful, and Andrei communicating, kept us updated at every step in the process, and sent pictures as the work progressed. We hired a painter Andrei recommended and they worked together to get both jobs done by our move-in date.Really great guy!"

"We had Chris, Tom and the team refinish all of our hardwood floors. The team did an amazing - in a time when it can be difficult to communicate with contractors or get a call back - I was thoroughly impressed with the level of communication throughout the entire process and updates on how things were coming along. They made every effort to make the process go as quickly and smoothly as possible. We completely changed the color of our floors and it looks as though they were always this color!! The harshest of critics has yet to find something they missed. They were even able to replace planks where a wall once was - there is no way anyone can tell that those pieces of flooring are new to the house. They are true masters of their craft and artists!
