"Royalty roofing & siding is an AMAZING company to work with. We worked with Jeremy, and he did a job ABOVE AND BEYOND anything we've experienced with ANY contractor. He worked with our insurance company after a very bad hail storm and was able to get our entire house resided with James Hardy, as well as new gutters, downspouts, and window wraps. Jeremy and his team worked VERY hard for us, communication was impeccable, and whenever a problem arose, Royalty took care of it immediately, and in a manner befitting of a company that earns the trust and admiration of its customers. We will use them for LIFE. After the job was completed, there was an issue with the caulking used on our siding. The issue was the product, not Royalty's team or work. Royalty immediately moved to remedy the issue, even though they were out-of-pocket with Hardy for the fix for over a year. We even received a gift certificate around the holidays. "I am so thoroughly impressed with these guys!! I want to give an A+++ but the rating system doesn't allow for it :) Over the last few weeks, I have called three other roofing companies and got no-shows or no follow-up from all three. I contacted Synergy yesterday, made an appointment for today which they showed up to ON TIME. Not only that, the job was small enough that they were able to fix our issue immediately! They were friendly, professional and the work performed was excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"I contacted Casey Roofing first because of his rating on Angies List. I felt the price to re-roof my 900 square foot ranch house was totally reasonable. I didn't even bother getting a second quote. He notified me a day earlier than the agreed upon date to start early. He showed up with a full crew and worked for 3 hrs and got half the roof done. He showed up the next day for 2 1/2 hours to finish. He uses Timberline GAF High Definition shingles which have a lifetime guarantee and guarantees his workmanship for 10 years. If you go to the Timberline website there is an app to pick out your house style, siding color, and then you can pick different colors of shingles to see what would look good on your house. I did this and couldn't be more pleased with the looks of my new roof. They laid plastic around the base of the house to catch the old roof coming down and cleaned up everything before they left. I never knew a person could be so giddy over a new roof! Thank you Rick Casey! I have already received many compliments from the neighbors. I would recommend him to anyone! Today I am getting new gutters put on by Titan Gutters, recommended by Rick Casey. I will leave a review on them when they are done. <br />"

"Ryan and Brian were so professional and on time with everything. Their communication with my insurance company was flawless and they made everything easy for me. I never had to hunt them down. The roofers were a day early and ripped off 2 layers and replaced 15 sheets of plywood while finishing the entire roof and flashing in one 12 hr day. What a crew. We helped them clean up and magnet nails since they were so proficient and polite. We gave them cups of ice and got them Gatorade because they were such hard workers. The gutter crew has the gutters ripped off and replaced within an hour. They gave us all the old aluminum gutters and we cashed it in for $65. The fascia took a few days but the end result was amazing and Brian came out himself to check everything and to caulk around all the windows. I have never experienced a better company or workers. I would recommend AGR roofing to anyone."

"Crew showed up at 07:10 am and began immediately. Foreman was excellent and kept crew on task the entire time. I have a large roof (45 squares) and I never thought they would get it done in one day. They finished roofing job at 07:30 pm including excellent job cleaning up. Yes found some nails, but considering how many were taken off, give them an A for the clean up. Went with oversized gutters and they look really nice. So far, very happy with them. Superior Exteriors was great to work with, especially Ryan Thank you Superior Exteriors!!"

I was very impressed with the follow up that was done even way after the installation. The owners are very easy to get ahold of and are very accommodating. I have had the door for a little over 5 years now and have had no issues. Great quality."
