"***SCAM ALERT*** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We recently discovered that Jacob (owner/operator of Precision Grading and Hardscapes) knowingly installed a cheaper product than we paid for without our knowledge. When we caught him in the deceit (after the work was complete and paid for), he admitted wrongdoing and acknowledged that he would refund us the money to make it right. He originally told us that he would ONLY refund the money that he STOLE from us if we signed a non-disclosure agreement and took down existing negative reviews of his work on Google. We pushed back, because its neither fair nor right to ask for our silence. He finally agreed to forego the non-disclosure and refund us anyway, but weeks later he has not refunded us the money and has stopped responding to texts and phone calls. He also did this to our neighbor. We are now filing with small claims court and have contacted the police. I have posted a more complete review on the full scope of his work on google reviews."

"Well it all started good. They quickly responded to a job posted on AL. They seem like nice guys, family owned. But the landscaping job turned out to be half a**. I had to up the money from original estimate to get the plants I had asked for by about $550 and it turns out they didn’t put a recommended amount of mulch (that I found out later due to almost instant weeds popping up everywhere). It’s recommended to have at least 3” …. I got maybe 1”. I’ve gone back to them with what I found out and they ignored me at first. Then finally got back to me saying they would come out with more mulch and I’m their priority. But it’s been weeks now. I texted again 2 days ago asking please let me know yes or no and now they are ignoring. They are nice guys overall and the landscaping plants do look nice but I’m going to have to hire someone else to finish the job."

"The owner of this business is a compulsive liar and has committed serious fraud. He used the name of a national company and a patented product to sell us on more expensive faux turf. Then he lied about the five month delay for installation by blaming the turf company, saying they were having production issues and had forgotten to put our order in? he went as far as to concoct yet another lie by saying the turf company had agreed to refund us 5% of the price of the material. It turns out that he sat on our money for that entire time, then placed an order for a less expensive product from a different turf company after picking his nose for five months. He lied again and said he used three of their employees for the installation. He did not. It was improperly installed. He pocketed over twenty thousand dollars of our money by doing what he did, and cost us the ability to have a full warranty on the product he chose to not have professionally installed. Do NOT trust this guy."
