"The contractor and staff were very polite. The price we received was not the lowest but was on the lower end of the quotes we received. They finished the job on time. We had a disagreement over trim work. At the beginning of the job, he suggested some specific trim work and we agreed. At the end of the project, he claimed it was not what they do. That was never resolved. Our front and garage doors were continuously left open which made our house get warm and allowed flying insects inside. They did not sweep up the new flooring after the job was completed. We felt as though they were rushing on to their next job instead of finishing as they should. It was not an awful job but nor was it great. I would say satisfactory or passable but still a bit disappointing."
