"I have been a customer of Clean Air Lawn Care for two years and I am extremely pleased with their services.  They perform weekly lawn mowing / edging during the growing season and also provide fertilizer and weed/moss treatments as needed.  I have also used them to clean up and mulch my beds and trim my very tall laurel hedge.  Each employee I have encountered has been pleasant and competent.  Communication and customer service are outstanding and the change in my lawn is amazing.  I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs regularly scheduled lawn care.  The monthly payment plan is very convenient.  I am a very satisfied customer! <br />"

THEY LEAVE A DETAILED RECEIPT THAT LISTS NOT ONLY EXACTLY WHAT SERVICES ARE PERFORMED, BUT EXACTLY WHAT PRODUCTS WERE USED AND HOW TO BEST CARE FOR THE LAWN IN THE NEXT MONTH. "Mr. Le was always prompt - from my first request to an estimate to scheduling the work and then completing the work.  I have quite a large front yard that had been neglected for years (I am a recent owner of the home).  It was way too much work for me to accomplish and I knew I needed professional help. <br /> Mr. Le and crew arrived the first day on time and we reviewed all the work he was going to do.  The job took two full days.  After the first day, the yard was already transformed!  Everything looked so clean.  You never would have known there were weeds and bark in the front lawn before.  I'm not kidding, there wasn't a piece of bark to be seen or dirt anywhere it shouldn't have been! On the second day, the crew finished by laying the new top soil and grass seed (over 1000 sq feet worth).  Within three weeks, the grass started growing and my yard looks completely different (in a good way). <br />  Mr. Le had great ideas about how to simplify the landscaping of the front yard to not only make it easy to maintain, but to look nice as well.  I am very pleased with the work Mr. Le and his crew completed in the front yard and I'm excited for future projects (new front yard flowers, etc... and re-doing the backyard) I have planned.   <br /> I wouldn't hesitate to hire Mr. Le again.  Yes, $4,000 is quite a bit to spend, but the amount of work needed was huge and it looks amazing.  Considering everything involved, I thought the price was very reasonable.  Mr. Le knows what he is doing!! <br />"

"We have a moderate-sized front and back lawn, which due to a bad back and frequent travel schedule, I just wasn't able to keep up with. When the mower finally died, I said 'good riddance,' and called Tuxedo Turf and Tree. <br /> Everyone I spoke with on the phone and in person (when coming out to give the free estimate) was wonderful - professional, sincere, and very easy to talk to. The quoted rate for bi-weekly mowing was very reasonable, and of good value. <br /> For price, quality, and responsiveness, they deserve very high marks. While we're ending our service with them (unrelated to their performance), I'd definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors - with the following caveats: <br /> <strong>Punctuality</strong> <br /> I rate them as and quot;N/A,and quot; because with the ongoing service, there was really no way of knowing when they would show up. Normally this isn't a problem, but it's good to be aware of, going in. <br /> <strong>Professionalism</strong> <br /> In their haste to get in, mow the lawn, clean up, and get out, they would often move lawn furniture in order to do their work. The trouble is not so much that they didn't replace the furniture to its place, but rather the fact that they appeared to toss it with little disregard for other peoples' property. To be clear, nothing was damaged, and so we never complained. However, it is strange to come home to find your lawn mowed (yay), but table/chairs all over the place, facing every which way (boo). Not a huge deal, but since you can't predict what day/time they'll come, it's not as though I can move the furniture out of the way for them. <br /> <br />"

"Austin arrived early, calling 1st to see if it was OK.  I showed him the sprinkler system components & described what I knew was broken.  He spent maybe 15 minutes poking around and turning on & off water (my system is pretty small).  Then he explained what he could see was wrong, what else could be broken, and what he'd need to do to find out.  He gave me what he saw as the pros and cons of further work on it, before launching into work that would cost me more than the initial special.  I decided not to move forward, and he didn't try to push at all.  He was professional, appeared knowledgeable (certainly knows a lot more than me), and helpful.  Clearly a good guy, working for an outfit that treats him well.  I'd definitely recommend the company! <br />"

"I've been on a plan with Washington Tree and Lawn Care for years. They keep track of what needs to be done so if I have some reason why I don't want it done they will reschedule it, they use eco friendly products, they are very reliable, very helpful, and are reasonably priced. They are efficient about what they're doing, when they're coming, and if I do have a question they are responsive within a day. They have a window of time to get here and they always get here in the period. If anything is happening on their end like weather they always call me so I feel like it's a very good service. I think Washington Tree and Lawn Care is a very good company."
