As we were replacing a clay tile roof with asphalt shingles, Eugene & team did a great job covering up some of the tan lines the old tile roof left on our paint. The reason for the quality ding: There was an issue with air flow to the roof we discovered years later and Eugene has been very responsive to help get the roof air flow dialed in appropriately. Once the air flow update is finished I will be sure to increase the quality score up by a star or two. He's a great friendly and timely roofer who I'd recommend for anybody in the area."

"We had A Better Roofing Co. do our roof about 8 years ago. They were excellent. They are always there for us when we have questions like: can we attach something to the roof without damaging it, etc. They have come out to study the questions and give answers. This time, during the storm and rain, a tree fell and damaged our roof some. They came out the next morning and scoped it out. Making sure that any holes would be secure and not do further water damage to the roof, etc. until they could get the tiles for our roof and come repair it. Which they did. They returned and installed and repaired the damage. It looks great. They are a company that not only stands behind their work, they don't forget previous clients!"

Every day when they were done with work, they made sure to run a magnet through the driveway so we wouldn’t get a flat tire on our cars. The team worked very hard and was able to wrap up our whole roof project within a week even during crummy weather. "I think this company is excellent. My review is way overdue, so apologies there. But when my flat roof was leaking water into my hallway, they, unlike other roofing companies I contacted, told me they would work in an immediate temporary repair. True enough, by that evening, the repair was done. The company finished their current job and then squeezed in my project after working it out with their next customer. So within I believe a week of my emergency, I had a new roof on. Truly great people to work with, from explaining the bid to me and communicating on daily progress. I have 4 different roof levels and have replaced the others at various points using 2 other roofing companies. Three Trees is the only roofing company I would hire again. Oh, and also amazing clean-up, as well as cleaning of my other roof levels!"

"Added 1000 sq feet addition to our house. Total roof area came out to 16 squares (1600 square feet). The owner Randy was just a gem of a guy. Respectful, polite, cared about his employee and completed the job with heavy concrete tiles in a timely manner. Excellent rates. Highly recommend this company and the owner has over 30 years roofing experience."

"I want to thank Avi and his team for helping me stay within budget and fixing a terrible roof leakage. Not only that, but his team also found another area of my roof that was severely damp and needed repair with a new covering. Avi contacted me before repairing any additional findings and informed me of the issue, why it was important to repair, and the cost to fix it. I, of course, moved forward with the repair and pictures were taken to show the changes. The only reason I give them a 4 star rating is due to the confusion of being able to also clean the roof. At the beginning, I had asked for the repair of roof, a vent repair, and a cleaning of the roof (removing moss and using a powder to keep it from growing back). All of it was done including the additional repair, but the roof cleaning was not done to the expectation that was described to me. Multiple parts of the roof were missed and sadly, not all moss was removed. Because my roof is very steep, Avi made the decision to refund me a majority of the cost back for the cleaning, which I appreciated greatly. Though now I have to look for another roof cleaner. :( The rest of their work was beautiful and I truly felt like Avi cares for the work he and his team do. I mean, he even came back a few days later to show me all the changes when I requested it. If it came down to it, I would likely ask for their help again for any roof repair or complete replacement. :)"
