"The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."

"Janucz was on time, friendly, professional and worked hard to make sure I was happy. HOWEVER, upon installation of my tile kitchen backsplash, the workers were found standing on my stove top, used my garbage can as their mixing bucket (which Janucz ran out and purchased a new one for me) and chipped several tiles. It took far longer than expected too. I would be weary of recommending them if I knew I couldn't be around to supervise the job like a hound. If it were Janucz doing the job, I would trust him implicitly. He was respectful and meticulous. His workers, not so much."

"The company was recommended from the plumber we use exclusively, Paul Wylan ,Proficient Plumbing, Brick. After Paul came to look at our issue, he made contact through Kirsten in their association and relayed George's (owner A-1) number to us. We contacted George on Monday evening and they came here the next day! They were able to do the work the following morning, but we opted to wait and they installed it on Thursday. As for the work, the installers were polite, quick, and cleaned up when they were done. They handle everything and their price was fair and includes all permits needed. To our surprise, a gentleman, Sal, called the following morning to check on how the install went and to see if we had any questions that needed to be answered. In summary, we would recommend this company!!"
