"Angelo was true to his word. When he promised a quote or call back, he did so in the time frame he provided. In addition, he was quick to do the job and worked around my schedule for both the initial visit and the job itself. The price was very competitive with other roofers I sourced. I ended up going with Guardian Roofing because of Angelo's top notch customer service and their raving reviews. The workers took pictures throughout the process and provided us with the pictures so we can see exactly what was done. Our neighbors were even impressed with the repair work done. Guardian had to remove siding and shingles in order to properly fix my balcony. They replaced everything perfectly - you would never know they had removed it in the first place. The guys who did the job cleaned up after themselves and were friendly. I highly recommend Guardian Roofing and I am looking forward to doing business with them again. Thanks to Guardian I know am able to safely and confidently utilize my balcony. There was no guessing with them and nothing to question. No hidden fees."

"Outstanding service!.. We had contacted other Roofing companies for a quote and they pretty much said "we'll get back to you" and never called back!.. why?.. our 95 year old flat roof with countless layers plus with the original gravel tiles from the 1920s, 7 rafter replacements, rotted deckings, and 11 sheets of plywood was too much for them to handle. Sergio and his crew did a fantastic job with the complete tear off and installing the new roof. Hey Sergio thanks for going above and beyond!"

"I have called him to repair the leaks I had and I showed him where they were He replace my flat roof After 3 M I had the same issue with leaks in the same place I called him to check the roof and without looking at the roof he did, just looking around the house he said that it is a tucking problem and he can do it also How can he change my 10 year old roof if he knew is a tucking issue Please solve the problem I am in Eliza"

"Bob the Builder Inc. is an excellent company. They are professional and do outstanding work. Wes came to my home and checked out my roof damage quickly. tom walked me through the filing of an insurance claim. Robert their Master carpenter and his crew does excellent work. Their crew quickly and thoroughly gave me a new roof, gutters, vents and a solar attic fan. I was impressed how clean they left my property everything was hauled away. I would not hesitate to use them again in fixing or remodeling my home."

"Phil and his crew repaired our roof from some pretty bad seam splits 7 days before the sale on our house. We had hired another guy two weeks prior who used corrosive material on the flat roof membrane causing horrific leaks in the house. Phil was thorough in explaining the issues and what needed to be done. He worked within budget to address the main issues causing the leaks and worked fast within our urgent timeframe, repairing the same day! They did such a great job that we even had a major hail storm two hours after they finished and the place was dry as a bone. I hope we never have a roof repair to do in the future but if we did, Loyola would be the company we hire. They literally saved our home sale and thousands of dollars for us"

"Estate Exteriors provided exceptional roof repair service after storm damage to my property. Eugene promptly answered my call, which was a great relief during a stressful situation. He and his team demonstrated true professionalism throughout the process. What impressed me even more was that they didn't just focus on the obvious storm damage. The team went above and beyond by conducting a full roof inspection. This comprehensive approach ensured that no potential issues were overlooked, giving me peace of mind about the overall condition of my roof. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they completed the repairs in a timely manner. Their quick response time was particularly impressive, especially considering the circumstances following the storm. I was thoroughly impressed by the team's expertise and attention to detail. They addressed all the damage efficiently and effectively, restoring my roof to excellent condition. Their professional approach, thorough inspection, and high-quality workmanship have left me feeling secure and satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Estate Exteriors for anyone in need of roof repairs or inspections, especially in emergency situations. "I just had Berg install a new roof and gutters on my home. From the beginning, Nick was very friendly, professional, and extremely responsive. He made the whole thing a lot less stressful than it could have been. They even fixed a couple of things that technically weren't part of the roof and gutters. My house looks great! I am so happy with the job they did! I would definitely recommend Berg!"

"Dan called yesterday shortly after my initial inquiry. He arrived a little ahead of schedule which was great. He inspected the roof, provided a very reasonable repair estimate, and then completed the work. I would/will recommend High Top Roofing and will use the company to replace the roof completely next spring."
