Angelo was very responsive and patient with our many questions and sent plenty of pictures of the problem areas with his estimate. Though his estimate was a bit higher than others we got, he suggested some additional safeguards and offered a longer warranty, which is why we hired him. The two workers who did the work were timely and professional and shared numerous photos of the work in progress. We won't know about the quality of the work until we have a big rain but so far so good."

"We had some storm damage to our roof, a combination of wind and hail. We checked, had a few quotes and went with Franos Roofing (who we found on Angie's List.) After contacting the insurance company, Arek met with the adjuster at our place and they inspected the roof. A few days later the insurance company denied the full replacement and wanted to just do several ugly patches. Arek contacted them and a few days later we received a call from our insurance saying the roof was approved - and that they were also going to repair the shed roof. "On December 4th the wind blew my rubber flat roof off the addition to my home. Phil, the owner, was at my house the next morning before I left for work to look at the damage. His crew came a couple hours later to tarp it until they could replace it. Saturday morning they were there early and finished it. "Tom was extremely responsive and helpful from the very first phone call.  He spent nearly 45 minutes with me on the phone talking me through the project and the multiple questions I had.  I sent him pictures of the job that evening and the next morning he had an initial quote for me.  By far the most thorough and responsive of the providers I got quotes from.  
About a week later I decided to go with Tom and he came out to my house to walk through the job with me.  I had some difficult elements that made the project a little more of a challenge.  The biggest being that I was getting water in my basement and would need to have a waterproofing company come in and seal the wall after the demolition.  Tom was more than accommodating to that request and made several other adjustments to the project to move water away from the house.  Tom is clearly a perfectionist when it comes to water, grading, and drainage.  He spent a lot of time talking to me about potential solutions and ways he could help.  Other problems included an asphalt/concrete mixed driveway and gate posts imbedded in the existing concrete.  Tom handled all of those issues without any problems.  We agreed upon the final cost and a date to begin the project. 
Tom's quote was not the lowest, in fact it was the highest, but Tom is the only company that walked through all of the potential issues and came with solutions.  His helpfulness and expertise was a huge help and it was all provided before I made the final decision.  It was that level of service that put him over the edge.  
The work was scheduled to be completed in late April but then the rain came.  We lost about a week to the rain.  At this point I was getting nervous because I had already booked a water-proofing company to come in and seal the foundation wall.  Tom agreed to come out and his crew worked in the rain to clear the driveway against the house to allow the water-proofing team to come in and do their work.  
After that the demolition continued as much as it could between rain storms.  It took about 2 weeks to finally have the demolition fully done.  From the there the blocking, grading began.  Tom called me nearly everyday with updates and explanations and on a couple of occasions physically walked me around the property explaining all of the work. 
Finally with the rain behind us concrete could be poured.  I happened to be home the first pour day.  Tom's crew is professional and dedicated.  They spent hours smoothing and finishing the first pour and it looked great.  Of course the rains came back so it was another week before we could do the final two pours.  
Tom once again worked with me to explain everything that had been done.  He even walked my neighbors through everything as they also had a lot of questions.  The village inspector came and said Tom had "gone above and beyond" what needed to be done and noted the high level of excellence.  
While the project took much longer than anticipated due to the weather, Tom and his crew never rushed anything and took time to do things right.  
The finished project looks amazing and I couldn't be happier.  
Tom will be my first call for any future projects big or small, because I know he'll tell me exactly what I need to do and the best way to do it.
