"Oliver came out gave and me a good fair quote for tuck pointing and brick cleaning. My wife and I decided to remove top layer of brick and put a 3 inch limestone cap on in addition to the cleaning and tuck pointing. Oliver brought us different thickness samples and we decided to go with the three inch cap. It took less than one day for work to be completed after delivery of material. "Well enough. There were some scheduling delays but nothing unusual. The quality of the workmanship on the tuckpointing seems good enough. The repairs were completed on time and within the agreed upon scope. The issue I have is the minor damage to a second floor coax cable line as it was torn from its anchors on the exterior brick. The workers did not seem to notice this, and it was left dangling off the front of the house, torn from the port. There was also a fair amount of mortar mix splatter on my fence, and a neighboring fence that I ended up cleaning myself. So the attention to detail and cleanup was not to my liking. They did clear my flat roof of leaf debris as I requested, which was really helpful."

I called a few places before using home advisor but because the job was so small their minimum charge of 500/600 was going to be more the the actual work should cost. I appreciated their honestly but I still needed the work done and by someone who knows what they are doing which is not me. Since the problem was above a window I was very worried about rain getting in and wanted it done professionally and quickly. Henry responded quickly and was able to come out within 2 days! They showed up to do the work as promised and it looks great! They were very reasonably priced and had no issue with how big or small the project was and didn't say anything about a minimum charge. While I was nervous about the possibility of the materials not matching, honestly... you cannot tell the rework was not included in the original build.
