"Our property was in desperate need of a complete landscape overhaul. We contacted J & P Brothers Landscaping through their website and received a fast reply the next morning. Juan came out to our property to get an idea of what he was working with, and to find out what we were looking to do. Throughout the planning stage, Juan provided us with concept drawings, plant recommendations and paver ideas. Our project was big, and it included new steps for our back door, as well as two 50’ garden walls on the front and side. The planning was a collaborative effort and did take some time because we wanted to ensure it included every single thing we were looking for. It was well worth it in the end. Each day the crew worked on our project, either Juan or his brother, Percy was onsite to manage the process. The crew worked very hard, and they were respectful of any request I made, such as keeping foot traffic within our tight property lines so as not to disturb our neighbors’ properties. Throughout the entire project, Juan and Percy checked in with me often to be sure they were on the right track and that things were as we expected them to be. They accommodated our every request, no matter how small. As the project progressed, we made several changes along the way. J & P went with the flow and made sure everything was just right. J & P Brothers Landscaping is professional, friendly, responsive, hard-working and neat, and they do great work. We highly recommend them. They completely transformed our property, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We have decided to use them for our ongoing maintenance, and we will always consider them first with any future landscaping project."

"Salgadoâ s Brick Pavers services did an excellent job for our whole brick patio and brick fire pit and brick steps for our backyard entry door They completely removed all the patio brick and put it back after they leveled and compact with sand the foundation and laid back the brick according to the design of the original layout. "Daniel and MLC really came to our rescue. We struggled for several months to find a contractor to replace a sizable, rapidly deteriorating retaining wall on our property. After finally connecting with another contractor, negotiating and renegotiating our contract, and getting all the required permits, that contractor backed out of the project in mid-October. Our engineer put us in touch with Daniel who promptly assessed the project, quoted a fair price, fit us into his schedule, and completed our project on budget – all by mid-November. Daniel knows his stuff and was very easy to work with. After the dust cleared and the final check was cashed, we realized that our driveway took a beating over the course of the project. We probably should have anticipated this given all the heavy material and equipment involved. We got an independent estimate to make the driveway repairs, and Daniel promptly sent a check so that we can take care of repairs in the spring. We were incredibly lucky to find Daniel and whole-heartedly recommend him for hardscaping and drainage projects."

"As with everyone cost is a concern. I had gotten several estimates for the patio I wanted put in and of course there were differences. So I chose the middle one, Unique! Not only did Fabian respond in a timely manner to any questions or concerns I have but was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. Within a couple of weeks they were at my home and within a day and a half project complete. I now have the most beautiful patio ever. The workers were also very courteous, diligent and careful in clean up and being careful not to destroy anything near or around the area they were working. HIGHLY recommend Unique Landscaping. I know if I need any more work whether it be land or hardscape I will be calling Fabian and crew!!"

"TMW was excellent. I wanted a paver patio installed but had drainage issues that needed to be addressed first. I received a few cookie cutter quotes from other contractors but they did not addresses my drainage problems. TMW was the only contractor that was 1) creative enough to fix the drainage problems and 2) skilled enough to build a beautiful paver patio. TMW used high quality pavers and their workmanship was top notch. I now have an entirely new living space in my backyard with no drainage problems. TMW communicated with me throughout the entire project and worked with the village in order to get everything approved. I highly recommend TMW and would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"Fantastic! This review is a year late, but better late than never. I had used 3D for a brick paver driveway in my old house (~1999) and so I wanted to use them again since they did such a nice job back then. I love my new path and the guys were quick, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. We had issues with permits since I live on a floodway, but other than a few minor delays due to that, I had a great experience. In 1999, I worked with Mike, and in 2017, I worked with Frank. Both men are great and really take pride in a job well done."
