"carefully explained what needed to be done giving me two different options.  will try the first option using existing air conditioning unit that was built with the house and if that fails will have to buy a new mini unit for over the garage.  the previous owner had combined the two units making it one which is costing  a very high air conditioner bill and was not the way the original air conditioner was built into the house."

"He called me back about 15 minutes after I called (you don't need to leave a message unless it is an emergency, I guess he uses caller id to call everyone else back).  Our air conditioner wasn't cooling and a bend in a pipe on our air handler was freezing over.  He said he could work me in the same day and would arrive in about 20 minutes and he was very prompt.  He was very polite and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue.  He added the freon we needed, added insulation to the pipe that was freezing over and washed/cleaned the condenser unit outside.  He also made sure to check the temperature from multiple vents to be sure that had fixed the problem.  I will definitely use him again! <br />"
