A simple explanation of Ohio rules would have been enough, no need to shame customers into going with you guys saying that the raccoon could have rabies and other scare tactics. Do not recommend, very rude and had the audacity to rudely say "well I still get paid, that will be $80 for the visit and $10 for the drive from Shelby to ontario."
