"Backyard Blessings rebuilt the entire waterfall of our backyard pond. Nate and his crew did a fabulous job making sure to maintain the rustic nature of the waterfall including the moss on the stones. The waterfall actually turned out better than the previous waterfall. They performed that work quickly and on schedule. They are experts in this area."

"It went well.  They arrived timely and completed the work timely. Cleaned up and left the yard in good condition.  It has worked fine since then.  The only dislike was I did not like was the brand of skimmer box / pump box that was installed, still do not like it today and I am considering replacing it.  The design of the skimmer box is difficult to maintain compared to the other box. Obviously, this company did not manufacture the box!!!!  Aquatic Design also installed the first waterfall around '00.  So, yes, I would use them again since I have already hired this company twice.  I also shop at their Monrovia location for supplies."

"Very courteous and helpful at their warehouse when selecting stone. <br /> New installation went smoothly. <br /> They adjusted damaged slab position, cleaned join and filled it with layers of epoxy resin so entire depth of the 2 sheets were glued together. Latter took some time, adding to cost but job was well done and should last! <br /> <br />"

"<p>They were ready and waiting for me when I arrived for the estimating appointment. They provided a prompt, detailed quotation with timeline, fixed price, and warranty.  I mulled it over for a few days and then hired them.  They started when they said they would and finished exactly as planned.  Did not have to babysit the process. They didn't bother me with every trivial decision.  True professionals.  When the job was done, house was good as new and even cleaner than when they started.  <br /> <br /><br /> <br />Very easy to work with.  Responsive to inquiries.  Didn't try to stick me with a bunch of stuff that I didn't need and even talked me out of doing a couple updates that weren't going to pay for themselves (I was fixing the house up to be sold).  Very satisfied with Bergstrom all the way around.  </p> <br />"

"Throughout the whole process, Kevin stayed in touch via text messages and never failed to do what he promised to do and when he promised to do it. The finished product was more than we expected. This is a top-notch company that no one should have any reservations in using. Very professional and very well-equipped. They also do new paving for CVS Pharmacies in Indiana. <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Holland, IN

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
