The job was done at the appointed time, done quickly, done safely and in the best standards of the trade. The gentlemen that did the job were friendly, respectful, and receptive to my questions, and knowledgable in their answers. They were flexible in identifying work that did or did not need to be done. The initial estimate was a broad "time and materials" estimate. What might be called a "ballpark" estimate. The final price was at the lowest price of the estimate. I am very pleased !! "Wasted 3 full days of my time by not showing up to three consecutive appointments, and not notifying me. On the first appointment, they repeatedly told me that they were running late. 4 hours past their promised arrival I had to call them, only to get an apology and offered a discount if they could come the same time next day. Next day, no show and no call. Several hours past their appointment, they finally called to tell me they had a flat tire and scheduled an appointment the following week. No show and no call at all. When I finally called them, they actually had the nerve to try to schedule a fourth appointment, which I obviously declined. I was tied to the house for three days and still had to find another company to complete the work. I?d give them 0 stars if I had the option."
