"I had arranged for the serviceman to come to the house several times but, due to my own schedule, I had to re-schedule several times without problem.  When the serviceman arrived, he spent at least an hour on the roof (with me), inspecting the shingles, the rubber membrane,, and the flashing.  He also went inside the house and inspected all the ceilings to observe if there was evidence of water damage.  The roof was in excellent shape, he said, but he offered to use special sealant to smooth out the rubber membrane seams in order to preclude any water incursion in the future.  The serviceman took time with me to answer all questions I had.  This was certainly a very good investment on my part.  He suggested that I give him a call in a couple years for another inspection.  Because I had had many roof problems over the years due to the fact I have both sloped and flat roofs, I will be calling this company again for another inspection. <br />"

"The cons: Punctuality. Day 1. They called me an hour after they were supposed to be there because the Foreman had a family issue. OK, I understand. Day 2. Perfectly Sunny Day, 88 degrees. They no-called, no-showed. When I called them, they cancelled due to the weather. Then the Foreman calls me personally to tell me that they didn't get the parts in. Grrrrrrrrrrrr!!!! The pros: The job was done right the first time. It's been about 6 months with a few heavy storms and some snow, and there have been no leaks or other issues. Also, the exhaust pipe came out of the house on one of the seams, and they had trouble get the boot to look nice, but they worked until I was satisfied. I will take a punctuality issue over a leaky roof any day :-) Over all, Job Well Done!!!"

"I could not be happier with the renovation on my new house. The kitchen and bath were totally renovated, a brand new laundry room was created, new flooring throughout, new staircase, some walls were removed, and other walls were added. Bill Hanik and Joe Novella were wonderful to work with. The renovation was expensive, but there were no nasty surprises as I have experienced with other contractors. I have already begun talking to them about the second floor and exterior renovations."

"Signature Construction is very professional, the price was great, and they completed my roof replacement in a single day. The estimate was free, The office HAS A LIVE PERSON, and she treated my wife and I exceptionally well, and followed up with us after the job was done. Every other place we called had voice answering recorders, and we had to wait one, two, or even 3 days for a return call, Signature Construction answered the phone, and scheduled our estimate right away. The crew of men were respectful, and cleaned everything up nicely, good group of guys, We had the seamless gutters installed on the house, and they are very nice. I never saw a machine make gutters on your property, we were impressed by that, and the finished product installed looks great, really dressed up our house, All around, Signature Construction gets an A+ in our book."
