We widened our driveway and added a walkway and platform for our recycling containers. All looks fantastic. The team also took care to save some of the grass that had to be removed and installed it were needed. In addition they made sure the property was clean when they left. Excellent experience. "Mr. Jerry Wilks was contacted by telephone on Monday and said he would come to my residence Tuesday to evaluate the project.  Tuesday morning he called to say he was on his way and he was here within 30 minutes.  He said he would send a proposal via email and the following afternoon he called to see if I had gotten it.  After reviewing the proposal I agreed to let him perform the work and he said he would have a crew out to my house by the end of the week.  On Friday morning a Wilks' company truck pulling a trailer arrived at my house and three workmen proceeded to prep my driveway.  The repair and seal job was done by 2:00 that afternoon.  Mr. Wilks returned the following Monday to inspect the job and to collect a check.  The crewmen were professional and courteous, they did a beautiful job, and the price was a good $1000.00 below the next lowest bidder. <br />"

"I noticed a crack that started in my living room and continued into one of the bedrooms. The bedroom floor was sinking away from the wall. I did research and found Poly Lift USA. I contacted the office and spoke with the receptionist. She was very polite and was able to answer a few questions I had. She scheduled me for an estimate that very week. The manager came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and answered all of the questions I had. I received the estimate later that day via email and was able to accept it on the spot. The next day, I received a call from their office to schedule my project the following week as well as an email reminder. Their crew arrived on time and started to work almost immediately. They explained the process as they worked and allowed us to watch. They drilled small holes throughout the home and then injected the polyurethane. Once they were done, they filled the holes with a sanded concrete and cleaned up the minimal mess that was made. It was done in less than a day.
