They also provided us with mobile technology where we use a simple app on our smartphone and can run our whole home with a push of a button. They went above and beyond setting up and explaining all these systems, so we could use it without calling our grand kids every time. Very happy with feeling secure in our home at our age and our home safe when we are away. We can bring up cameras while we are gone and are updated by text and email every time our house is entered when we are away. We can even have our lights turned on and our thermostat changed when we are on our way home or even if we are too lazy and are lying in bed, this all by a touch of our cell phone. We love what these systems can do."

"Joe Frazier and his crew of four arrived promptly, received instructions, and worked diligently for over eight hours, pressure cleaning the vinyl siding and brick exterior of my house, large deck, and fences that had not been pressure cleaned since being built beside large oaks in 1991. Their work was meticulous and they were very considerate. They moved many flower pots, racks, all movable outdoor furniture, and the grill to clean the entire floor of the deck, replacing everything when their work was completed. The concrete looked freshly-poured, without stains. The siding and fences looked new. I don't know comparable prices for similar challenging jobs, but what I paid (about $31 per person per hour) was certainly less than the cost of a new paint job. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. In the future, I'll call Mr. Frazier annually for inexpensive touch-up pressure washing to prevent the pollen and mold from taking over again."

"I have been using Dream Lawns as long as they have been providing service (2011) I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. They treat my yard annually for pest including flea treatment, I have small dogs and prefer not to use frontline on them. The treatment they use prevents fleas and for the most part ticks from even being an issue, with their help I have not needed to use any other form of pest control for the little dogs. They also fertilize my shrubs and trees, I am very particular and they do not disappoint. I had an issue with my tree, they came out right away diagnosed it and took care of it, they followed up to make sure I was happy. I love to do my own yard work or I would have them do it all for me. They deliver my mulch, give me great pricing and better service, they are honest and have a very high standard. I will be contacting them again soon to plant some new trees. I did not list a cost as I have asked for different things each time I have used them, they are always fair if not under priced. I have had work done by others prior to using Dream Lawns and I did not receive the quality (soil and sod) that I receive from them. <br />"

"Mr. Calaway did a exceptional job of keeping me informed of the progress, and timeline of the job. The concrete slab could have been better, but was sub-contracted. Overall, it went very well, and I'm pleased with the finished product. Mr. Calaway has given me one year from the completion date to point out any defects, and have them taken care of."
