"Our repair person, Greg, worked hard to resolve our problem with the refrigerator middle drawer door. It had not been installed properly from day one. It was not something that could be determined easily. In addition to being misaligned, although there were holes drilled, screws had been left out that should have kept the door connection mechanism from coming loose! It was only a matter of time before it would have come off. He was able to resolve the alignment problem and found screws that would ensure the door would stay in place. The door feels solidly in place now!"

"Brian with A to Z was very quick to come out and review what needed to be done. Very professional and courteous. An estimate was done on site. I had two choices, they could repair all of the work and paint for $1100 or just do the work and I would paint for $850. Although there wasnt that much painting to be done and I think the $250 seemed a little high, it was worth it for them to do all of the work. On the other hand I got an estimate from another company for $1600 so in hindsight they were very competitively priced. Once I approved the bid, they had a little hicup getting started. They fired the person who was suppose to work on my house so there was a two day delay in getting started. However, once they did start, they completed everything in less than 1 day. Everything was cleaned. There was no evidence they were there. Their main business is gutter repair. I dont know about that service, but their general contracting work was fine. I would recommend them."

"They showed up on time and were dressed professionally and had a professional looking vehicle as well. Mr. Boyle looked at our current units and asked questions in order to give us a proper estimate. I can say that my interactions with him, both over the phone and in person, were wonderful and his professional demeanor made me feel comfortable in giving him the job. He actually wrote things down, which was impressive compared to a lot of contractors I've dealt with! <br /> He (or his employees?) were a bit slow in getting the estimate back to me, but it was also going into their busy season, so that is to be expected. Our estimate also had some extra details that would have required more research than what is probably the norm . <br /> Unfortunately, we did not give Boyle Heating and Cooling the job, as we got a lower bid. Their bid was in no way above average for this area though. <br /> Overall, I give this company an A and kudos to the owner for being professional and friendly. Sometimes that is hard to come by in contractors. I would definitely feel comfortable having work done by them. <br />"

"The company was highly recommended and I am so glad I decided to call them. My first contact was with Randy, who came out, looked at my roof, provided details as to it's condition and gave me a detailed estimate. Within a couple of days, I received a call from Bob, who came out to do a walk through to determine what materials were needed to complete the job. Randy and Bob were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and patient. I asked a lot of questions, debated about shingle colors and upgraded to architectural shingles two days before the start of the project. Bob maintained contact with me throughout the process and they began the job a few days earlier than scheduled. That was great because I wanted t get it done ASAP. Both days (project took 1 1/2 days to complete), the roofing crew arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m. and Bob came also to ensure everything was going well. When the work was complete, the lead roof man informed me they were finished and asked me to come look at it. I noticed the crew did an excellent job cleaning up the debris, nails, etc. Bob came shortly afterwards, inspected the roof, walked around with me and answered questions. Last night, Tuesday, 02-23-2016, my new roof was tested by the strong winds and rain, and I am happy to say NO LEAKS, NO PROBLEMS AND IT STILL LOOKS GREAT!!! MANY THANKS TO RANDY, BOB AND THE CREW !!!!! I plan to utilize House Works' services in the near future for other repairs and fix-up projects. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOUSE WORKS!!!!!"

"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."
