"This was a wonderful experience. Susan called to schedule her service the day after I purchased it. At 8:30 p.m., the night before she planned to arrive, I had to postpone due to a family emergency. Susan was more than gracious and not only rescheduled but put my mind at ease, as well.
The day she was to arrive, severe storms were entering our area. I telephoned to suggest that she delay driving until the weather passed, but she was punctual anyway, even after driving a distance. I was impressed that, as soon as she walked in with her assistant, they placed drop cloths to protect the floor from the front door to the work site. She surveyed the master bathroom, and they immediately began working to finish stripping the wallpaper we had begun to take off. She completed everything I asked and more. Shortly after a 30-minute lunch break, when the initial project was complete, she told me I had three hours left and asked what other job she could do to help. She went to a second bathroom and stripped the wallpaper while her assistant cleaned and primed cabinets in a basement kitchenette.
When they left, everything was neat and clean, and there was a not a trace that anyone had ever been here. I was thrilled and will definitely call Susan again for future projects."

Quoted me a price right then and there and agreed to have the cabinet back to my by the following Tuesday.
The new box is amazing.  Such better quality than the original.  Fit right back in place without any problems.  I now have a fully enclosed sturdy beautiful cabinet.
