"Making an inspection appointment was very easy, and the inspection happened quickly. I was not prepared for the information about maintenance needs for metal roofing. Nobody tells you metal roofing requires maintenance when they sell it to you. So all the photos and information was vitally important. With that information, we made a well informed decision to get our surprised maintenance done asap. It took some time for our supplies that were ordered to arrive, which doesn't surprise me at all with our wonky home. Once everything was in, the job was scheduled and completed in 2 days. The difference between the minimal materials that were on the roof, and the materials being installed was a HUGE impact. We feel like our roof is definitely secure now. Local businesses are always the best way to go. They know the weather for the area, and how to keep your roof operational for many years. Highly recommend this company. They are our go-to for all things roof related."

"Erik was a pleasure to work with and was professional and reasonable at all times. He came out and did an immediate repair before a big storm was due and then followed up on other gutter issues at a later time. All the charges were fair and clearly stated before work was done. Options were given and we never felt pressured. Erik and the crew were always helpful. We will contact A-1 first for any future gutter issues."

"S&S Roofing did an excellent and thorough job replacing my roof. From the quote process, to the actual work and cleanup the company was professional and very knowledgeable. Greg kept me informed of the process and performed the job as planned. Very reasonably priced and affordable. I would highly recommend S&S Roofing without a doubt."

"Jason and his team did an outstanding job. The tasks were completed in a timely manner. The Professional Home Repair & Maintenance team is quality-conscious and their pricing is competitive. They cleaned up the work site after completing the tasks. Jason and his team are my "go-to guys" for home repair and maintenance."

"Grizzly roofing did an excellent job. They were very timely and professional. Very easy to deal with and the roof looks amazing. Would recommend them to anyone needing roof cleaned, repaired or simply a new roof."

"Ken was very knowledgeable about our problems.  We asked him about several issues; some needed fixing and some did not.  I respect his opinions.  Our major issue was a two story wall that was sagging because it was built between floor joists.  We had an extra joist and supports installed.  The workmen were courtious and effecient.  Our floor feels very stable now.

"My experience was amazing with Cooper Building and Roofing. They were on time and got done in a timely manner and my roof looks great with no issues. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to everyone. Great job guys!!"

"Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.
