"I called Elektron Electric on the advice of one of my friends and I'm glad that I did. My friends tell me that I'm a tough customer who is hard to please, but I couldn't be any happier with the job done for me by Elektron Electric. The job was to install a Tesla Wall Connector which is not rocket science, but there are a lot of details that need to be considered before doing the job. Rodrigo Moreno showed up on time and provided me with a detailed estimate after spending a considerable amount of time examining my electrical service as well as doing an electrical load analysis to ensure that my existing service was adequate for the increased load. I had a few other estimates where they didn't examine my existing service and panel configuration nor did they even mention a load analysis. I was expecting a higher estimate, but I was happy to be wrong! My appointment a few days later came off without a hitch. The electrician, Amaral, and his assistant, Gabriel, showed up on time and did an excellent job. Besides the quality of work, I really appreciated their willingness to accept my input and discuss what I wanted. They even took the time to explain to me why some of my ideas were not all that great. After all, THEY are the electricians! I have already begun making a list of jobs for them to do in my house. I have also recommended them to a few of my friends. If you need electrical work done, I would not hesitate to call them. You won't be disappointed."

"Dealing with Elcon Electric was truly a pleasure. First, the scheduling department had John come to our home at a time that was convenient to us. He arrived as promised and clearly ran through the estimate, permitting process and FPL's involvement. He went on to mention that it would likely be necessary to cutout a portion of the drywall that we would be responsible for replacing. Fortunately, the additional cutout was not required. Over the course of the next several weeks, the scheduling and permitting department kept us informed of the estimated installation date. Once confirmed, Roman, the electrician, arrived as scheduled, performed the installation flawlessly and left our home in perfect condition with a brand new electrical panel. Would definitely hire again and recommend to our friends and relatives."

He was punctual, neat, efficient and reasonably priced. Anthony got right to work and finished the job well within the time estimated. "This is a top-quality electrical contractor. They responded within an hour to my call. I had water in my circuit breaker panel, the main breaker was tripping, and wires were burning. The cause of water intrusion was substandard work by AAA Modern Air when they replaced my roof A/C allowing rainwater to enter the junction boxes on the roof and flood into my breaker panel inside my home. GARAY repaired and sealed the roof j-boxes, replaced the incorrect conduit and fitting that AAA Modern Air installed- material not meant for use in outdoor electrical applications. How this crap work by AAA Modern Air passed the Hollywood code electrical inspection is concerning. GARAY replaced a burned circuit breaker and burned wiring. I picked this company at random, and they exceeded my expectations for quality of work, work ethic, and they are customer centered, and great guys. They are also an Air Conditioning Service company, a great combination of competencies. GARAY is a Broward County licensed contractor. Their rates are incredible, meaning not typical for our region of South Florida. My requirements were for emergency work, I need you now! What qualifies me to write this honest review. I am a retired engineer from a Florida electric utility, but too old now to climb ladders and crawl attics. I thank Home Advisor for listing this company."

"When I called for the scheduling, I left a voicemail that was promptly returned. Guy also made sure I had all of the correct components (I didn’t; my sprinkler pump required a new relay as well which I bought after our conversation). I was given a window of 9 a.m. to noon on a Monday morning, and the guys called about 10 minutes out to let me know they were on their way and arrived right on time. They were extremely professional as I walked them through what I wanted to do and how I wanted it to look. Unlike many contractors in South Florida, they were extremely courteous and took their time; there was never a feeling of them needed to rush the job and move along. Their finish work is fantastic, and the job looks extremely professional (I just need to patch and paint from where the old boxes were removed). Like many technology projects these days, they had to spend a bit of time on the phone with customer support for the Rachio smart sprinkler pump controller, but they didn’t leave until everything was working and connected to the apps on my phone. I can 100 percent recommend Top Dog Electric for your small—or large—project in the metro Ft. Lauderdale area."

"Fernando from Electrical Solutions was very polite and thorough. He explained everything that needed to be done and what the costs on the estimate entailed. Considering he had to drill through a concrete ceiling (among other difficult tasks), the amount he charged was definitely reasonable for the amount of work, and still much lower than another estimate I had gotten from someone else. I will definitely use this company again for other projects and I highly recommend them to others."
