"I had a rodent problem in my attic after I had a new roof installed. I researched and interviewed 5 companies and received bids. Although Rowland was not the least expensive, what they said that they needed to do made the most sense in order to solve the problem and prevent reoccurence permanently. They came out to the house and actually went into the attic and saw that there were traces of infestation and took pictures to show me. They then sealed all of the possible openings except one with mesh and cement instead of thin metal and installed a one way door so that the animal could escape but not return. They also set a trap in the attic to insure that no animals were still living in the attic and came back a week later to remove an animal if necessary, seal the final opening, and spray disinfectant and deodorizer to combat any bacteria from feces. The office help have been great and keep you informed every step of the way. I am very satisfied with the company."

"Guardian Termite and Pest Control, led by the knowledgeable Patrick and his amazing crew, recently provided the best termite extermination experience for my 100+ year old wood home. Having lived here for 45 years and undergone tenting many times previously, I can confidently say that Guardian is the best. From the outset, Patrick and his team stood out with their commitment to customer service. They took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, addressing my concerns and ensuring I was well-informed every step of the way. This level of communication was invaluable, especially considering the unique challenges that come with treating a century-old home. What sets Guardian apart is their attention to detail during the tenting process. The crew approached the task with a level of expertise that comes from experience. I felt reassured that my home was in capable hands, and this comfort is priceless when dealing with such a significant investment. As a long-time resident of my historic home, I've encountered various pest control companies, but Guardian Termite and Pest Control truly exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, punctuality, and genuine care for my property were evident throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Guardian Termite and Pest Control to anyone in need of termite extermination services. "Great company. They contacted me the same day. The next morning, they came to perform the inspection, determined the cause, and explained clearly the possible solutions. In the afternoon, they applied the products to control the termite infection. My problem was solved in 24 hours. I highly recommend this company."

"Quality Pest Control came to do the project soon after they were contacted. Before beginning the work they gave us an informative overview of the steps involved in the termite control process and answered all our questions satisfactorily. We have a year long contract which is reassuring as due to certain circumstances we were unable to house tented. So it was possible that follow up visits would be required. We have called Quality Pest Control so far once since the initial work and again they came soon after we contacted them and performed a thorough job. Again, it is reassuring that we can count on them for one year since the initial service if their services are required.. We do highly recommend Qual9ty Pest Control."
