He came out himself and did an extremely thorough inspection, followed by a timely and very reasonable estimate. His estimate was literally 50% of what another company had quoted me, which was a gross inflation. "The transition between the original roof and a roof over an addition was not properly re-roofed by a word-by-mouth cheap roofer. Therefore due to having seasonal traffic on the roof to clean or repair caused a leak at the transistion.  Tracy recognized the problem immediately and recommended repair to the transition as well as removing the vents that were unnecessary. He showed me the water still standing in the groove of the transition. After repair; showed me how he filled and strengthened the gap, Removed the vents, installed four foot by four foot ply sheet at each vent location, laid new underlayment, overlapped the transition area with a substantial rubber seal sheet and installed new matching asphalt shingles. I am confident, at this point, repair will solve the issue. I await another downpour like  Hurricane Joaquin dumped on us.  <br /> <br />"
