"Excellent explanation of materials, scope of work, and work schedule. Excellent at keeping the site tidy and cleaned up, especially upon completion. Met schedule. The tile capping on the roof was not as tidyly done as the previous provider many years ago. Drone views of the work were very helpful."

"I was really pleased with the new roof job Lifetime Roofing and Renovation performed for my mom's house that I decided to hire them again for my house. Tony the project manager and his crew once again knocked it out of the park. The work done efficiently and and with quality/care. My wife and I are very pleased with how the project came out. The price point for concrete tiles is what I expected given the rising costs of material and labor."

"Summit did a great job installing high quality gutter guards and a new down spout for a low price. Their price was less than half what I was quoted by another business with gutter guards that looked identical. The guys also spotted a couple issues on my roof. They were not trying to sell me on fixing them, they urged me to reach out to the previous roofer. Their actions may have saved me thousands in repair costs when my roof started to leak. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat."

Shawn and his crew showed up on time and cleaned up throughly. Mark handled the ceiling repair and painting. My ceiling and dining room look brand new now.
