"I decided to go with Millstream because of the reviews on Angi and other websites. As contracted, Millstream replaced my roof in a day and installed a ridge vent. Supervision of work and post installation inspection was poor that I had to request a replacement inspector. I had to inform them of missed gable vent closure; loose shingle, wavy ridge vent line. Most importantly, I had to research; and inform them that a Ridge vent needs multiple soffit openings and I had only 1. They agreed it was a miss and said they would fix the issue so I could “BREATHE PROPERLY” in my house. And they charged me additional $850. Nonetheless I am currently enjoying my new roof!"

"Element Repair is awesome and a very professional company! They did an absolutely beautiful job on the tear down and re-tile of my shower!. A prior contractor I hired tiled the shower incorrectly causing a major water leak! Element Repair discussed and advised me as to what the repair would require. They were at my house on time each day they were scheduled and they cleaned and put everything away each day they finished. They also kept me informed on a daily basis as to their progress and the work they performed while at my home. I plan on hiring them for a few more projects that I will complete in 2021. They are a 5 star company and you will be very, very happy with any project that you hire them to complete!! Their workmanship is beautifully and I 100% recommend them for any home projects you may be considering!"

"I contacted PerfectView through Angie's List and Lou returned my email the next day and we followed up with a phone call. I explained what I needed (installation of a reinforcing beam as we wanted to remove a support wall) and made an appointment for a quote. Lou met my significant other at our house on time for the quote appointment and, unlike some other people we had come quote, actually looked at the attic and basement to properly assess the scope of work needed for installing the beam. A quote was produced in a timely manner and was extremely helpful because it gave a breakdown of the cost of each aspect of the work that was going to be performed. Once reviewed, revised, and agreed upon, a separate contract for services was sent/signed. Work was started on the agreed date and completed within 3 days (note, we did 99% of the demo work so that factored into the speed/cost). My significant other popped in randomly while they were working and the guys were plugging along and very nice to speak with. All the debris from the work was cleaned up/removed when the job was completed. The only areas that I'd suggest a change/improvement is the following - if planning the start of work on a Monday that the Friday prior arrangements are made for entry/key handover/etc. if you are not living in the property. We didn't receive much notice/warning when the contractor team was ready to start and had to scramble to get there. I'd like to note that Lou's quote/cost fell in the middle of the 5 we received, not the least expensive but not the most expensive. <br /> Lou and his team were prompt and professional - I would absolutely use their services again and are planning on asking them to quote some additional projects we need done. <br /> <br />"

"Eric called me the same day that I put the request in. I only needed a small area of my roof repaired and worried that it was to small of a job for anyone to bother driving to my house for. He told me that he would look at my roof that day, and he did. He called me to tell the the price and said that he would be at my house the next day to do the repairs and he was. I can't say enough about him. I will be spreading the word about him and would absolutely hire him again."
