"Came by and gave an estimate.  Since I could get a discount at the major supplier's store he gave me a list of what to buy, and a labor estimate for the work.  On the scheduled day David showed up with his crew and later that day I had a quality fence in place.  The bill for the labor was slightly less than his estimate.  I was pleased with their work and happy that they kept the schedule. <br />"

"Quadra inspected the crawl space and discovered water underneath and on top of the vapor barrier. The estimated work and time needed for full mitigation was two weeks. The cost estimate was on accurate, but needed an addendum to account for an additional pump due to the extensive amount of water. The crawl space was approximately 2,000 sq. feet to be mitigated. Their work included cutting an additional access hole to provide entry to otherwise inaccessible areas in the crawl space. They had to trench a perimeter ditch along the inside of the foundation, provide fans to accelerate the drying process, remove the previous vapor barrier, install plastic pipe within the ditch, along with gravel/rock for future water invasion, connect the piping to two sump pumps which in turn were connected to a trench they dug to our previously existing French Drain. Great, hard working guys did all of this within two weeks, to account for the initial drying out period and the challenging work of digging in a very low, constricted space. <br />"

He and his crew worked long hours steadily from start to finish and completed the job in less than a week. From start to finish, Terrance was ready to answer any questions I had and if a problem arose during construction due to some aspect of the terrain and a change needed to be made he discussed the solution with me. "This was the easiest and most positive experience I have had with any contractor in Idaho.  From the initial informational call, there was a quick callback from Ryan for a discussion regarding my needs.  An appointment was promptly scheduled, and the in-person consultation at my house was very informative.  He examined the area I was needing turf installed, and brought several turf samples to choose from.  He explained every detail about the quality, brands, material composition, appearance, expectations, timeframe, etc., and then I received an emailed estimate later that same day.  After agreeing to have the work performed (very easy to sign/agree to contract online), Ryan kept me updated frequently about the ordering and delivery timeframe.  He worked very hard to be sure there were no holdups/delays in the shipping process.  He even communicated frequently with my handyman to be sure that the surface was ready for installation.
