"Ridgetop just installed two eight foot hurricane rated sliding doors for me. Ryan & James dud an excellent, very professional job! They arrived on time and were very careful with their tools and very meticulas with the details of the install. The openings weren't square so it took extra effort to get them installed correctly. I love the doors! The afternoon sun doesn't heat up the rooms like it did. And it was such a good feeling to know if Hurricane Dorian had come this way I only have to lock the doors to be protected. He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out. Given the estimated project cost, my wife and I interviewed several contractors for this work.  We chose Bryan for several reasons:
1. He is very professional and to the point.  He is not a salesman, but very confident in what needs to be done. Given this would be managed remotely, we wanted a contractor who came across as honest and not overly 'chatty'.  Bryan cuts right to any issues or concerns and discusses options without any excuses.
2. He provided some nice design guidance and gave us the sense he would be able to make any improvements and good judgement calls if needed.
3. Very responsive and accommodating to our schedule.  Since we were only in town for a weekend to make our decision, he was very quick with turning around a solid quote and took as much time as we needed to answer our questions and get the contract in place
