"John Sr. met with us on a Friday. He gave us information on a Sherwin Williams product that is a painted stain. There was a huge selection of colors and we picked one to match. He gave us an estimate on the painting project and a driveway sealant project. The estimate was an extremely good deal for the work. We called a few hours later to confirm we wanted them to do the work. John and his son Johnny came on Tuesday. His son was just as polite and courteous as his Dad. The job was finished in one day. Their work was very professional and they made sure we were completely satisfied. We are very pleased with both the shed and the driveway. We would highly recommend this company."

"There were some delays due to my wanting certain moldings (didn't get them), and running out of roof panels. these didn't bother me since this is a second or summer home, and i told Dave this. So there were some delays. also, this home is in an area where we get a LOT of rain - so we lost time there. otherwise, the crew worked from 8am til 5pm steady.
there were no leaks while they worked on the roof and no problems with damage to anything.
I've had work done before and this was the most pleasent experience i've had with contractors.

He is upfront about his pricing, did exactly as was discussed, cleaned up the job, he also warranties his work.. "Contrary to other reviews I have seen on this page, I hired McNeely Construction, to put a roof on our home. My understanding is McNeely did use GAF 50 Year Shingles. Mike personally seen this job through. Phone Calls, emails and even stopped by our house when they finished the job (it took 1 Work Day for McNeely to do this job). I inspected the premises when I got home from work. I did not find any loose shingles or loose nails on the ground anywhere. The roof was over and above what I expected and he reflashed our addition where the previous roofer screwed up. The clean up was unbelievable. As such, Mike was paid in full without incident. Normally, roofers request a deposit, payment and final payment when the job is over. I used to work for a roofing company and understand people do not like to make the last payment beacuse each payment is split into 1/3. If nobody makes the last payment they cannot expect for any roofer to be eager to fix or warranty any issues that routinely develop with a fresh install or develop over time. Overall, I am very pleased with the expedited work and the roof itself. I would highly recommend on promptness and price."
