"We had some storm damage to our roof, a combination of wind and hail. We checked, had a few quotes and went with Franos Roofing (who we found on Angie's List.) After contacting the insurance company, Arek met with the adjuster at our place and they inspected the roof. A few days later the insurance company denied the full replacement and wanted to just do several ugly patches. Arek contacted them and a few days later we received a call from our insurance saying the roof was approved - and that they were also going to repair the shed roof. The old roof was stripped and the new one on in a single day (it's a big roof!) This is the third roof we've had put on, and this was the best job we've seen. Attention to detail, replaced all the vents and fans, all new flashings and drip edge, ice shield - everything we expected and more. When they were done, they cleaned up extremely well. I ran a magnetic sweep over the driveway (Our car got a flat from a stray nail after the last roof) - not a single nail. Not one. Like many people in our area, we had a really bad ice dam this past winter. We called Arek with concerns about damage it may cause - instead of saying "get rid of the snow" he sent over a crew and they cleared off the roof. Amazing service. "We needed repairs to our flat roof because of leaking through our fireplace and improper installation by the original builder. Angelo was very responsive and patient with our many questions and sent plenty of pictures of the problem areas with his estimate. Though his estimate was a bit higher than others we got, he suggested some additional safeguards and offered a longer warranty, which is why we hired him. The two workers who did the work were timely and professional and shared numerous photos of the work in progress. We won't know about the quality of the work until we have a big rain but so far so good."

"I had called Tom's Construction along with two other contractors to do work at my house. Tom was the only on to respond. I remember calling him and getting his voice mail. I left a message to call me back and in about 10 min. he did. We met that afternoon. <br /> He was at my house on time as promised, reviewed the project with me and gave me a quote. He must have spent about an hour with me, no rush. I signed a contract that day. I knew I was on to something good. <br /> Demolition began on Monday March 16 th. on Sunday Tom called me to say that he would be there the next day. Monday morning Tom called and said they would arrive around 9:00, they pulled up at 9:00, One thing about Tom is that he is a a great communicator and always on time. All concrete removal went fine, with complete clean up each day before the crew left. All the concrete pours went like clock work and workmanship was outstanding. Tom always checked with me when he thought something should be altered. <br /> When the work was complete Tom put an acrylic sealer on all the new concrete. He even power washed a small old section at the end of the drive and sealed that too. Towards the end of the project people that were walking by my house would stop and compliment on how great everything looked and wanted to know who did the work. My neighbor wanted Tom to come down and look at her driveway. Even the UPS man stopped to get Tom's business card. What does that tell you? His work sells its self! Tom, Zack and the rest of his crew are just - FLAT OUT EXCELLENT ! <br />"

"Justin and Michael were quick to respond to a request for a quote on my roof, we had a leak. They inspected our roof and provided us a couple or options that fit what we need and our budget. "I contacted several roofers from Angieslist and gotten bids. I became comfortable with Titan in the process. I felt I am getting more value for the $$$ so at the end I went with them. The way Tim Niles (?) presented and persuaded is excellent. He answered all my stupid questions and he was not pushy. His knowledge about roofing is commendable. I even told him he deserves a honorable phD in roofing.  <br /> 1. Once I signed the agreement, I was forrtunate they were able to schedule my work in just two days. My project  took 2 days  <br /> 2. material (shingle bundles, ridges, weather proofing underlayment) has been delivered one day before work start. BTW, I like their synthetic underlayment called PALISADE. <br /> 3. First day, 8 member crew started showing up around 7:30 in the morning. They waited for the dumpster which showed up in few minutes and they started tearing off old shingles. Mine is 4000sft roof and it has a pillar type structure which takes while. First day was Friday. But rain was in the forecast for the rest of the week end. THIS IS WHAT I LIKED. They only opened the roof what they were sure they could install new shingles on that day. They started and finished back section and by 6pm they are gone. Trailer has been hauled away. <br /> 4. The weather forecast became reality. It rained and would have caused damage if opened the entire roof. I am very glad they didn't. It rained on Monday as well. They didn't show. Tuesday was clear day and again they started early and finished late 7:30pm. <br /> 5. They cleaned up very well after their work EACH day. Again important, because we had backyard BBQ party (small kids playing in the backyard) that weekend while the project is still ongoing. <br /> 6. They covered my bushes with tarps before they started the project <br /> 7. They have not charged me any extra for wood they used (3 sheets are included in the contract and they used 3 sheets). I find them very honest in breaking my pocket with extras. <br /> 8. Tim Niles (?not sure about his last name), came after couple of weeks of the project completion and double checked and confirmed with me that they did every thing they promised. Only then he asked for the check! <br /> 9. Later I got my GAF lifetime warranty in the mail as promised <br /> I find them honest, prompt, professional and more than anything they value my business! <br /> All in all I am extremely happy with Titan and I am sure if something unforeseen happens I am confident Titan will help sort it out. <br /> <br />"
