"the biggest problem was the customer service rep who sold us a contract for fence repair. after 3 months and no work was done or no feedback from rep. we call main office and explain problem. the office had to order the lumber needed. within 4 days project was done. once work started it went well. the fence looks good. the customer rep we had was useless and was no help. he should find another job. bad experience with the customer rep."

"I texted Bonifacio of RRR and sent pictures about my furniture repair and he came over the very next day to check it out in person and give me an estimate. Two days later the work was done.
