"Everything went well. Gary and his crew were great! They all treated me with respect and worked very hard. We're extremely happy with the deck. There are a few rough spots that I would've liked to get fixed, but what was done had to be done I guess. The only real problem I had, was the owner. I messaged him to see if the cosmetic repairs could be fixed. He bypassed everything I told him and made an excuse for the decks cosmetics. And questioned why I was calling 2 weeks later and complaining. Well we don't sit there 24/7. And of course sitting there, you notice little things that are imperfect. Yes, I did agree when I t was completed, to do an inspection myself, but again, you notice more, when you are actually sitting there. He did however, agree to fix what was wrong. However, I never received a warranty nor a written guarantee, for a $16,000 deck. If we need construction again, I would recommend asking for Gary and his crew, to do the job!! !"

"I will use McNeely Construction for all of my home improvement needs! I had a leak in my roof that caused damage to the ceiling in my bedroom. I called five companies and explained the situation and requested bids. A couple were in my range, but I thought I would try one more, and I am so glad I did! They were the only ones to offer to tarp or temporarily patch the hole until the work began – that was the first clue that I was dealing with a company that puts their customers first. The estimator, Brandon, was at my house on time and he was able to answer all of my questions. I didn’t feel any pressure to sign a contract, but I did because of the amazing customer service and the price was right. Six days later, I had a new roof and it looks fabulous! The ladies in the office, Sheri and Janelle, kept in constant contact with me before and after the job. The next day, I had a neighbor ask me who I used because they loved the new roof and needed theirs replaced. I did not hesitate to give them the number for McNeely. I will refer all of my friends and family in the future. .... My next project is siding! I can't wait!"

"I made two appointmens with this contractor and he failed to show up. The first appointment was to stop by at a specific time to evaluate the project. He didn't show up. I called again and he did show up to evaluate and he quoted $300 and I accepted and he scheduled a time to begin the work and again never showed up at the scheduled time. I received no phone calls to indicate why he didn't show up or to reschedule the work."

This past year the Izabella and her team turned our 35-year old, run-down pool and patio into a beautifully hardscaped outdoor living area, with a gorgeous resurfaced pool. Izabella came to our project with wonderful suggestions, from the overall design down to the smallest details. Early on we met with her at her supplier and picked out paving stones (much better than choosing them from a catalog, which we could have done). Her crew was very professional. Flavio, the foreman/supervisor for the hardscaping was terrific, as was his entire crew. We had some permitting issues with the township early-on, which Izabella resolved by staying on top of it and keeping us informed. I would not hesitate to recommend Price Right Pools for working on your pool and/or patio and would hire them again in a minute!"

"Jon is a very hard worker and does his best. The work on our floors did not turn out well. We hired him to refinish our hardwood floors. We are left with marks from the sanding, uneven staining and finish coat. Jon did say that he would come back and make it right but we decided to just do the work to correct ourselves. Just don't think that refinishing hardwoods is something he does very often."
