"I talked with Mike Brady on the telephone and told him what needed to be done in my mom's house. He was very professional and immediately I felt comfortable hiring him and looked no further. He arrived at my mom's house on time; did a great job with the carpets and even ripped up some carpet that needed to be removed and replaced. Overall the experience was a great one and I recommend this company."

"Our newly purchased house has a musty smell. I called Mold Men and they responed promptly and came in 3 days. Matt checked the whole house and attic, he did not see the visible mold and suggest me to get other air duct cleaning service to clean the air which sounds the appropraite solution. I smelled the musty smell in attic and told him it might have roof leak. He could easly agreed with me and told me the attic need to be treated. But he said no sign of mold. So I think the company is trustful"

"Zach called us from Duct Commander to get details of what work we needed done and set up an appointment the same day that we purchased the deal.  He was great about communicating with us prior to arriving and although our appointment was for 9 and they didn't show up until 9:25, they called to let me know they were running a few minutes late and it really wasn't a big deal and we had previously let them know that we weren't on a strict time schedule.  Upon arriving they were pleasant, took a quick tour to assess what needed to be done and quickly got to work.  Lenny & Zach worked diligently and did a FANTASTIC job, even going above and beyond.  They stayed about 30 minutes over the time we had paid for (without charging us extra!) to finish the job correctly.  We will be calling them again for sure and would highly recommend them to anyone in need.  I have to add that they also did a great job of keeping their work space clean and making sure the area they worked in was just as clean as when they arrived. <br />"

"I know others have complained about the price and so I contacted our local water testing company for costs. My local company wanted to charge me for individual testing of all the things Environmental was charging me a flat fee for. With my local company I was well over $600 to cover the same testing Environmental was doing for around $200. They sent me the bottles to ship my liquid in and provided me with a free shipping container to send back to them. I didn't have to pay the return postage. I think the entire transaction from placement on Angies List to a report in my hand was about a week or week and a half. I called the number they gave to have someone go over my report with me, which was great. We did have to mitigate a few issues based on the report. Overall, I am completely satisfied and will probably used them on a  yearly basis or so for our well testing. <br />"

"There was discussion with my wife and the employees and they talked about the state of the art heating pump, which my wife asked them questions about. They said the heat pump was outstanding, so we had them install that for us instead. We used it last winter and we were satisfied. It was also big cost saving for us since we are no longer used oil. They have also come out to do repairs for us as well if we need it.They were responsive to our questions too and they were respectful and did not out to hide anything. They were outstanding is all of their service and sales."
