"I received eagle concrete’s information from my neighbor after I asked him who did his driveway because I'd loved his driveway. I was redoing my entire house after I bought it and eagle concrete by far was the best vendor I had. My driveway was the last thing I did to my house. They under promise and over delivered on every aspect of the process. They knew exactly what i wanted and did an excellent job . I wish I knew they also made pools as I would have used them for that or anything in my house."

"Got the job done after another handyman failed We had a 100” TV that a previous handyman booked through the platform couldn’t install — he actually caused damage to our wall in the process. We were frustrated and hesitant to try again, but [Handyman Name] came out and got it mounted perfectly. He was professional, took the time to assess the wall and the weight of the TV, and made sure everything was level and secure. It’s clear he knew exactly what he was doing. If you have a big, heavy TV that needs to go up right the first time, this is your guy. Highly recommend. "

"Phil and his crew at Sun Coast Concrete did an excellent job with the installation of pavers for my driveway, porch, and back patio. We had an 8-month wait from the date the pavers were ordered to delivery, which was entirely due to the manufacturer's incompetence and dismal customer service. Throughout that period, Phil kept in touch with me as we both tried to find a solution to the delay. I can say the wait was worth it! The driveway looks beautiful and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. Phil was present at the job site every day from beginning to end, and always exhibited a polite, friendly, and problem-solving attitude. If you are looking for a responsible professional who returns calls, keeps appointments, and shows up on time, give Phil at Sun Coast a call."

"Just wrapped up a pool deck and pool resurfacing project with Ross Services. I’ve managed my fair share of much larger commercial construction projects so I’m well aware of the quality and performance spectrum one might encounter with any contractor. I can honestly say that I don’t remember a project that went this smoothly. Joel was a pleasure to deal with, his crew knew the assignment and executed well, and they were all responsive when I had questions or suggestions about the project. I don’t expect any issues now that the project is done but if something did come up,I am very confident that Joel will make it right. A great experience overall and would definitely hire them again."

"Eddie with Hollywood Pavers made the entire experience as pleasant as could be! He kept me informed each step of the way and was on site daily. He accommodated any last-minute changes happily and was meticulous with the job. His crew were fantastic, cleaned up after every workday, and were very professional. I highly recommend Hollywood Pavers. I wish I had more work for them at my house. They are not the cheapest, but definitely the best! THANK YOU EDDIE!!!"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Homestead, FL

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
