We were interested in remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom, with new flooring throughout the house, as well as new ceiling lights and new closet systems. Andrea was invaluable as an interior designer and planner, spending many hours with us reviewing and finalizing our plans as well as making certain we chose the right hardware, lights and material for the floors and the cabinets. As the project manager, Dasiel overlooked and coordinated the exceptional and professional workforce which completely gutted and then rebuilt the interior of our home. Dasiel was also able to quickly alleviate any concerns and kept the project on schedule. Andrea and Dasiel truly model their business on their slogan "Every Detail Counts". "Fernando is truly a master of his craft. We had extensive damage from rot, water, and termites in our oak hardwood floors. This was due to improper installation of the original flooring by a previous owner. Fernando tore the flooring and subfloor out down to the concrete for 2/3 of the floor. He rebuilt the entire floor and replaced it with new properly installed flooring. The integration of the old and new flooring is seamless. His expert staining of the new flooring exactly matches the decades old original. You get what you pay for. Don’t be intimidated by the price of his work he’s reasonable and flexible and worked with us to keep the costs as low as possible. He cleaned up the worksite removing all the debris from the tear out. I will be hiring him for a refinish job in the near future. I strongly suggest that you choose this company as your top contender for your hardwood floor work."
