"My husband and I have had a positive experience with Aramendia plumbing, so I contacted Aramendia HVAC to give me a bid to replace my old, failing AC system.  They were very accommodating in scheduling a sales appointment the same week I called, which was fortunate since my old AC failed a few hours before the sales rep arrived.  The sales person looked over the existing system, asked my husband and I questions about our climate preferences and any problems we were having, such as the one room always being hot.  He gave us bids for three different efficiency level systems, explained about the financing, CPS rebate available, warranty, etc. He assured us that Aramendia would take care of all of the paperwork for all of the above, including filing permits.  We chose Aramendia because of our past experience with the company, the competitive price, which included a ten year free parts and labor warranty, and the fact that we could get financing.  So far, everything has been taken care of exactly as we were told it would. <br /> When the technicians arrived to install the system, they were prompt, courteous, and did meticulous work. I was very impressed with their work ethic.  They improved the condition of the closet where the air handler went and even devised a way to extend the vent for my dryer away from the new heat pump so it wouldn't get clogged with lint. They also deserve special mention for working on the ducts in the attic in the middle of the day in August.  This is routine for them, but I think it's impressive because I lasted about two minutes in the attic when I went up to take a look at the new duct. <br /> I had enjoyed my new AC for about 11 days when I came home and noticed the heat pump running really loud. Then it stopped blowing cold air, so I called Aramendia. The dispatcher not only scheduled the next available tech to come out, but advised me to turn the system off to prevent damage.  The technicians arrived within half an hour and checked everything over against the specs. They determined that the freon charge supplied by the factory was a little less than what my system needed.  After adding more freon, I was cooling again and, thanks to the warranty, I didn't have to pay anything. I highly recommend this company because of their professionalism and good customer service."

"Topaz (Jacob) did a fantastic job cleaning carpets in three bedrooms & closets, hallway, and stairs. I was injured so didn't have time to prepare for the cleaning but Jacob cheerfully moved all the junk off the carpets before cleaning. He spent extra time on the spots where my dog hangs out to ensure the oils from the dog's hair were thoroughly removed. He also cleaned our dryer vent even though the weather was not ideal for doing so. We will continue to use Topaz for any service they offer."
