In general the owner was very attentive (likes to talk)! I did have to reach out once about scheduling after not hearing from him after a lot of rain, but mostly he was in touch and responsive. I accidentally overpaid the balance (he gave me the wrong amount due), but he promptly reimbursed the difference."

He always went over exactly exactly what he would be doing that day, to be certain it was exactly what I wanted.
