Chuck and his team have been great at communicating the progress and answering all of my questions either in person or via text/email. I met with Chuck in person several times to go over every detail of the project before we started. I was nervous at first but he quickly put my concerns at ease and has continued to do so throughout this experience. There have been no surprise fees outside of the bid that was given at the start of the project and so far we’re almost right on track to where he said he would be! "We had a new high deck that needed its initial staining. It was part pressure treated wood and part cedar. His crew power washed the deck and let it dry for a few days. We ended up with a very rainy period, so Joe and his team swarmed the deck to get the stain done in one day when the first few dry days were in the forecast. The deck is beautiful now. Each and every square inch received attention. Despite pushing hard to get the work done in a day, no stain was found anywhere other than where it belonged. They meticulously cleaned everything up. Cost was very reasonable considering the quality work"
