"I am left with a big chip in the finish and they will not return my calls. So much for their warranty. Selected them for their good reviews and Jeff's years in business but that was a mistake. They've been here four times to refinish two tubs & tile surrounds that had previously been refinished. Poor prep work and a rushed job resulted in poor outcomes. Everytime they came to correct one thing, they created a new problem such as spoiling the smooth glossy surface of the tub by not protecting from overspray it when they resprayed the surround, then burning through the finish down to the iron of the tub when trying to buff out the overspray. they resprayed because of sags, chips showing through, mismatched color of touch up paint, think spots, etc. (didn't take the time to put in a project light so they could see what they were doing). Worker was very unprofessional, losing his temper at his boss, then me, while on the job. Should have gone with Ryan's."
