He was running a little later than he thought on the day of the appointment & let me know right away, which was fine. He is very personable & knowledgeable, and his work is efficient & clean. No surprise costs, everything was as previously agreed to. Even though I wasn't paying for the furnace or A/C to be cleaned he still took the time to look at them & show me what he found, for future reference. The whole cleaning process only took two hours, and we got to see how filthy everything had been plus the random objects he'd found in the ducts. As a new homeowner of a 'light fixer' I was relieved to have such a painless experience! My heating ducts worked well to distribute the heat when I had the oil furnace, but when I changed to gas, there were cold spots that couldn't be corrected, and the furnace struggled to raise the temperature in the house, but would hold the temp OK after it got there. They tried really hard to work with me on this issue, and didn't charge me for the first few visits, so I don't have any complaints about the company."

"Elf Carpet and Upholstery did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. They were very thorough and took time to do a really good job. I appreciated that they vacuumed each room first which, they explained, makes it easier for the steam to get down into the fibers and get the dirt out. I took contrast pictures because the difference was so amazing, it was like night and day. I know our carpets used to be white, but the last few years they have been looking very dark grey. Other providers haven't been able to get the carpets to look like they were cleaned at all. Elf was able to bring the carpets back to life. I can no longer see any traffic marks where the furniture was. I'm so happy. We thought we needed to replace the carpets but now, I think we'll wait a while! <br />"
