"This is in regards to On Call Charlie. On august 17, 2023 he came to my condo to replace bi fold closet doors and install closet hanging system. He was hired for 2 tasks and only able to complete, as the closet door was incorrect size. He advised me to contact him when I obtained the right size door, which I did multiple times by email, text and voice mail with NO response. So Charlie got paid for 2 tasks and only completed 1. The second person they scheduled to finish the task did not speak English nor did he comprehend the task! The third man, Marcus was great. Your costumer service needs a lot of improvement Excessively long hold times, hard to understand and just kept passing me on to Another person. I asked for a manager and I guess thatâ  s not allowed by your company. Despicable! I have notified the Better Business Bureau. Isnâ  t this similar practices that required you to pay over a seven million dollar fine. I will never use your company and encourage everyone I know not to! Just terrible! You should be ashamed as a company treating customers the way you do!"

"We hired New England Closets to upgrade a walk-in closet, a pantry and some kitchen cabinets in our new home. We had downsized and needed to make our storage as efficient as possible. This review is focusing on the pantry and kitchen cabinets which used the NE Closets line of Shelf Genie products. Please see my review of New England Closets for the walk-in closet review. Jeff came to our home to evaluate our kitchen and pantry and make suggestions on how we can improve our storage and function. The pantry is a 'reach-in' closet that had five wire shelves. Jeff suggested removing those and replacing them with Shelf Genie roll-out shelves. The end result is amazing! We now have solid wood shelves, at various heights, that roll all the way out. There is a lip around each shelf so nothing will fall off. The roller mechanism is strong and noiseless. We can now store three times as much as we could with the wire shelves and there is no longer any concern about trying to reach things that work their way to the back of the shelf. In the kitchen, Jeff recommended installing roll-out shelves in four cabinets. One cabinet now holds two waste baskets; one has a roll-out with special slots for baking sheets and cutting boards as well as a spice shelf; one is a double cabinet with two roll-out shelves for pots and pans (these shelves hold a lot of weight with no problem at all); and we now have two pull-out units under the sink that fit perfectly around the disposal and plumbing fixtures. In each case we are able to store much more than we could before and it is so easy to get to everything. Our original cabinet doors were used and, until you open the doors, you would never know any work was done. Gerard, the installer, was able to complete the entire project in one day. He was polite, professional, informative and he cleaned up so well that you would never know any work had been done. We highly recommend New England Closets and Shelf Genie. The two projects they did for us have made our storage spaces much more usable and I believe it has enhanced our property value."
